Come to this workshop and find out how to eat and move for your body. We will discuss five constitutional body types according to Chinese Medicine and learn how to tailor our diets and lifestyles accordingly. A 1-hour lecture will be followed by a yoga, Qi gong and breath work practice tailored to enhance your digestive fire. All participants will receive a digestive tea and a recipe sampling for each constitutional body type.
Laura Kauffmann is a Chinese Medicine Practitioner, Nutrition Counselor and Yogi. She has been working in the alternative health field for more than 15 years and is passionate about creating Life Balance workshops for the mind, body, digestion and soul.
