‘Clara and Mr. Tiffany’ with Author Susan Vreeland Talk & Tour

The subject of bestselling author Susan Vreeland's latest work is also a Green-Wood resident. Louis Comfort Tiffany, renowned for the stained glass lamps that continue to illuminate homes and offices the world around, has been buried in the cemetery since his death in 1933. It was only in 2005, however, that art historians discovered that the real creative mind behind the famed lamps was actually a woman named Clara Driscoll.

The event is divided into two parts: A free book talk and signing by author Susan Vreeland, and a trolley tour of the graves of the Tiffany family and other designers laid to permanent rest on the cemetery's grounds.
