Green-Wood Cemetery to Hold 5th Annual Benefit Dinner
Help support your favorite local cemetery on Sept. 13.

If you love Green-Wood Cemetery and have some extra green to drop, consider attending the Fifth Annual Green-Wood Benefit on Sept. 13.Â
This year's benefit will honor Nicholas Quennell, a landscape architect and founding partner of Quennell Rothschild & Partners, the firm behind the restoration of Central Park, Morningside Park, Prospect Park and Fort Tryon Park, as well as the master plan for Hudson River Park and the restoration plan for the Battery.
The event will be held from 6 to 9:30 p.m. and will include dinner and cocktails. Ticket prices are as follows:

Individual: $250, select seating
Supporter: $500, choice seating for two and a listing in the program

Friend: $1,000, preferred seating for three, a listing in the program and quarter-page ad in program.
The cemetery is in particular need of some extra cash after in August, totaling upwards of $100,000 in damages.Â
