The protest is the latest in a series of actions taken against the incoming pharmacy chain--drew hundreds of residents, and was held in protest to Walgreen's apparent unwillingness to compromise with shopper's requests for a full grocery store.

Residents against Walgreens unable to make this morning's protest can still have their voices heard: , and a paper version is available at Babbo's Books, Oak Park Pharmacy or Ballard Pharmacy.
