Program: Kings Bay Y at Windsor Terrace After School Program

Position/Title: Activity Counselor
Hours: Prep Time, 1:45-7pm M-F

General Responsibilities:
• Communicate with After School Program staff in order to keep them alert of After School Program regulations or changes
• Provide guidance for all activities that stimulate mind and body development.
• Implement, schedule, and monitor all recreational activities
• Participate in all activities and enrichment programs with the participants.
• Respond to parent/guardian concerns regarding children and staff
• Prepare and set up 30-60minute activities for children within program on a daily basis
• Submit activity curriculum and supply list to Supervisory staff 1 week in advance.

Program: Kings Bay Y at Windsor Terrace After School Program
Position/Title: Homework Coach
Hours: 1:45-5:30pm M-F

Homework Coach
• Ensures that all Counselors monitor homework logs for children
• Assist and develop trainings for Homework Counselors
• Participate in all activities and enrichment programs with the participants.
• Respond to parent/guardian concerns regarding children and staff
• Prepare and set up 30-60minute activities for children within program on a daily basis
Bilingual in Hebrew, Spanish is a plus!!
