Man Throws Coffee at MTA Bus Driver
An angry pedestrian threw his morning beverage at a bus driver on Prospect Avenue near 17th Street.

Just days after an MTA bus driver was stabbed with a syringe, an enraged pedestrian heaved a cup of coffee at yet another bus driver on Prospect Avenue near 17th Street.
According to police, the incident occurred Thursday morning around 8:30 a.m., when the driver and the man apparently began to argue over the man's double parked car.Â
The dispute escalated, allegedly prompting the man to hurl his cup of coffee at the driver's side window, causing some of the hot liquid to splash into the driver's face and in his ear.Â
