Music Together Classes at Jaya Yoga East

Jaya Yoga East, located at 2902 Fort Hamilton Pkwy., will be holding two new Music Together classes beginning next week.

The classes will be held on Thursdays at 11:15 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. starting Jan. 10.

Each 45 minute class is packed with songs, rhythmic rhymes, movement and instrument play for children up to 4-years-old and their caregivers. 

Not sure you're ready to commit? A trial is scheduled for Friday, Jan. 4 at 10 a.m. at the Hootenanny Art House, located at 426-428 15th St. Call 718-369-0528 to reserve a spot. 

A ten-week session, which includes two CDs, a songbook and activity suggestions for parents, is $280 for a new family for the first child; $270 for a returning family during pre-registration; $140 for each sibling; siblings under 8 months are free. A need-based sliding scale is available.
