The property is currently the home of A&W Cooling Systems, but that building would be demolished under the submitted plans.

WINDSOR TERRACE, BROOKLYN — Plans have been submitted for a new residential building at 560 19th St. in Windsor Terrace, as first reported by New York Yimby.

The current property, home to A&W Cooling Systems, would be demolished, with a three story, ten-unit apartment building taking its place, according to plans filed with the Department of Buildings on Oct. 5 by Bricolage Architecture and Design.

The new building would include 10,931 square feet of floor space, and would come with residential parking, according to the plans.
