New Tour Company to Hold Flatbush Caribbean Culture Expo
Tourist it up in your own neighborhood on Saturday, March 9.

Flatbush is home to some truly fantastic Caribbean culture, and if you haven't experienced it, Saturday is your chance: The Flatbush Caton Market is hosting a Caribbean culture expo from 12 to 5 p.m., as part of a kickoff celebration of a new Flatbush sightseeing tour.
The event will give visitors a taste of West Indian culture in the form of vendors, food and a Jamaican band performance. Flatbush Caton Market is located at 794 Flatbush Ave. at Caton Avenue.
If Saturday's sampling fails to sate you, consider signing up for some sightseeing with Brooklyn Unplugged Tours. The $39.99 ticket price gets you four hours of guided sightseeing, as well as samples of jerk chicken, ox tail, curry goat and roti.

But locals beware: The company's website contains such hilarious FAQs as "I've never been to Brooklyn before. How do I get there?," so anyone interested should plan to embrace their inner "clueless tourist" before signing up.Â
