Do carts count as art?

In an apparent cheeky response to Windsor Terrace resident's , several readers snapped shots of "public art" dotted around Windsor Terrace.

The exhibits—which consist of shopping carts with signs attached—have been spotted on Bartel-Pritchard Square, near the subway station next to Windsor Place and along Prospect Park West.

Each cart is outfitted with a sign, which reads:

"This piece of community sculpture brought to you by "Wall of Green." Our motto...kids need drugs not food!"
