Police Blotter: Box of Money Stolen from Windsor Terrace Doctor's Office

A thief lifted $1,376 in cash from a Long Island woman's purse on Jan. 14 after she set it down at a Windsor Terrace doctor's office.Â
The victim told police that she'd left her bag, which contained a tin box stuffed with money, in a desk at the office of ENT and Allergy Associates, located on 15th Street near 8th Avenue.Â

Around 1 p.m., the victim was on her way to the store when she realized the cash-filled box was gone.Â
There were no surveillance cameras in the area, and the money has not been found.Â
