Police Search for F Train iPhone Snatcher

A woman's iPhone 4 was plucked from her hands at the Avenue N station in Midwood.

Police are searching for a suspect accused of snatching an iPhone out of a straphanger's hands at the Avenue N subway station on Sunday night. 

According to police, the 23-year-old victim was riding the Manhattan-bound F train around 7 p.m. As the doors opened at the Avenue N station, the suspect allegedly snatched the victim's iPhone 4 from her hands, sprinting from the train in an unknown direction. 

The suspect is described as a white male between 23 and 26-years-old. He stands roughly 5-foot-10 and weighs between 180 and 190 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black and gray jacket, blue jeans, dark snearkers and a black and red cap.
