Prospect Park Lurker Grabs Women's Hair And Forces Oral Sex: NYPD

PROSPECT PARK, BROOKLYN -- A sex offender who pulls women's hair and has forced at least one to give him oral sex has been lurking in Prospect Park, police said.

Police are hunting for the man who forced a 24-year-old woman to give him oral sex between East and Center drives on March 11 at about 4:30 p.m.

The man then yanked a 26-year-old woman's hair and stole her cellphone near the Prospect Park Zoo two days later, at about 2:30 p.m, police said.

The woman was able to fight him off and sustained some minor injuries, police said.

His first known attack occurred on Sunday, Feb. 24, at about 5:15 p.m. when he snuck up behind a 58-year-old woman, grabbed her hair with both hands then ran away, said police.

Police are now looking for a man in his 20s, standing about 5-foot 8-inches tall and last seen wearing a red sweatshirt with a white stripe and jeans.
