Savor Brooklyn to Open Friday

The Windsor Place cafe will remain in soft opening mode for a few weeks.

Let the savoring begin!

Savor Brooklyn, a new cafe located at 197 Windsor Place, will be open for business on Friday at 8 a.m. Its regular hours will be from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

While the store will initially operate on a limited menu—beverages, pastries and a rotating selection of frittatas—co-owner Helen Traversi said the restaurant will extend its hours and start serving dinner once it gets its beer and wine license.
