Stop & Shop Supermarket Donates $10,000 to Youth Recreational Hockey Program at Prospect Park’s LeFrak Center at Lakeside: Flatbush Avenue Store Manager, TJ McLeod, presents a $10,000 check to Recreation Manager, Shanley Pascal, to benefit the Youth Recreational Hockey Program at Prospect Park’s LeFrak Center at Lakeside. McLeod and Pascal were joined by members of the youth hockey program which teaches more than 150 Brooklyn children between the ages of 5-17 the fundamentals of the sport. McLeod said that youth sports are vital to keeping today’s youngsters active and healthy which runs consistent with Stop & Shop’s mission of healthy living.
