Suspected Syringe Stabber Banned from Buses

A Brooklyn judge ruled earlier this week that Shelwyn Patt cannot ride the city's buses without a chaperone.

Bus-ted!

The suspect accused of using a syringe to stab a B68 bus driver in Windsor Terrace in September has been forbidden from stepping foot on city buses without an escort, the New York Post reports.

The suspect, 53-year-old Shelwyn Patt, was arrested on Saturday on yet another bus in Kensington after the driver recognized him from a police sketch and subtly alerted officers in a nearby patrol car.
