Weekend Rails: No F or G Trains This Weekend

Bad news, straphangers: Neither the F nor G will be running this weekend, and several other lines are facing service changes as well.

Take a look at the complete list below before you venture forth from your house, and be sure to give yourself plenty of time to arrive at your destination:

• There will be no F trains between Jay St.-MetroTech and 18th Ave. Free shuttle buses will provide alternate service.
• There will be no G trains between Hoyt-Schermerhorn and Church Ave. Free shuttle buses will provide alternate service.
• There will be no 3 trains between 14th St. and New Lots Ave., so take the 2 train or the free shuttle bus.
• F trains will replace the A train Lefferts Blvd Shuttle. F trains are rerouted at Jay St-MetroTech to Euclid Ave. (days) and Lefferts Blvd. (nights).
• D trains will run local in both directions between DeKalb Av and 36 St, Brooklyn
• N trains will run over the Manhattan Bridge in both directions between Canal St. and DeKalb Ave.
• There will be no R trains between Manhattan and Brooklyn.
