Woman Fatally Struck By SUV In Kensington Crosswalk, Cops Say

Olga Feldman, 60, was hit by a black SUV on Saturday, police said.

KENSINGTON, BROOKLYN — A woman died Saturday when the driver of an SUV crashed into her after running a red light in Kensington, cops said.

Olga Feldman was trying to cross the street with her husband on E. 4th Street and Church Ave., where they were both struck at about 3:20 p.m., cops said. Feldman, a 60-year-old Kensington resident, was then rushed by medics to Maimonides Hospital, where she was unable to be saved, police said.

Her 72-year-old husband, who has not been identified by police, suffered a wrist injury and was also taken to the hospital, said police. The victims' home is blocks away from where they were hit, the Daily News reported.
