Most Expensive Home Sold In Yorktown In 2019

YORKTOWN, NY — A single family home in Yorktown Heights at 1663 Morningview Drive was the most expensive home sold in 2019. It was purchased for $1.4 million in June.

According to real estate websites, the home has four bedrooms and eight baths. It is 6,200 square feet.

The home contained all high-end appliance, as well as an in-ground pool with a spa and waterslide.

Realtor.com said nearby schools include Brookside School, Mildred E. Strang Middle School and Yorktown High School.

The property sold four times in the last 24 years, realtor.com said.
