Shrub Oak Woman Faces DWI Charges after Car Crash

Jacqueline K. MacDonald, 46, faces two DWI charges and charges of leaving the scene of a property-damage accident, failure to maintain lane, and less than two brake lights, all traffic infractions.

Police said that at about 10:34 p.m. Nov. 24 they responded to a report of an accident on Mogul Drive. They located a vehicle matching the description of one that had left the scene. After a traffic stop, they said they concluded the driver, identified as MacDonald of Shrub Oak, was intoxicated. Her blood alcohol level was .18 percent, police said.

She is due in Yorktown court Jan. 6.
