We Want To Make Your Favorite Holiday Recipe, North Carolina
Is it a family favorite side dish or a delectable dessert? Patch wants to see what is your sure-fire holiday hit.
NORTH CAROLINA — Do you bury a roast in hot coals underground in your backyard for seven days? Or maybe you tediously labor over your own garden to produce the perfect specimens for a green bean casserole. Or possibly you simply crumble up Ritz crackers over canned soup and veggies and have yourself a holiday classic.
Whatever you do, whatever the process, Patch is looking for cooks of all skill levels to share their favorite holiday dishes and recipes with us.
We will be assembling a statewide list of holiday hits for the week leading up to Thanksgiving and on the big day itself we will be voting on which three recipes you would like us to try to recreate.

It is your grandmother's pecan pie recipe? Or perhaps it is a handmade stuffing?
Whatever it is we want to see what you got. Leave your best dishes in the comments below or email them to kimberly.johnson@patch.com and make sure you let us know:
