CHARLOTTE, NC— Pumpkins are showing up at grocery stores and roadside stands as Halloween creeps closer. If your family has a visit planned to a local pumpkin patch in Charlotte, we have a list of stands open in the area. And here’s a look at the weekend weather forecast to help you plan your trip.

If you're heading out this weekend, pack along an umbrella. According to the National Weather Service, there's a 50 percent chance of rain Saturday and Sunday in the greater Charlotte metro region.

Carrigan Farms, LLC
