The win couldn't have come at a better time, Costello told lottery officials.
βI had a flood in my house,β Costello said. βSo, I was trying to figure out how I was going to afford to do the upper cabinets. This came at a good time.β She said she also plans to buy her son a washer and dryer as a housewarming gift for his new home.
