CMPD Searching For Domestic Violence Suspect On The Run
CMPD is looking for Michael Jason Brookshire, who they say is wanted for domestic violence charges and cutting off his ankle monitor.
sCHARLOTTE, NC -- Charlotte-Mecklenburg police are searching for a man they say is wanted for multiple violations of a domestic violence protective order, damaging property, and cutting off his court-ordered ankle monitor.
According to CMPD, Michael Jason Brookshire, 34, cut off the electronic monitoring device he was ordered to wear as condition of his pre-trial release on July 31. He was last known to be in the area of 9200 Wilkinson Boulevard in Charlotte.
