Coronavirus: Garth Brooks Reschedules Upcoming Charlotte Concert
Garth Brooks' Charlotte concert at Bank of America Stadium was originally set for May 2, but has been rescheduled. Here's when.
CHARLOTTE, NC — The spread of novel coronavirus through the state and nation has prompted Garth Brooks to reschedule his long-awaited upcoming stadium show in the Queen City, the country music star announced Tuesday morning.
The Charlotte show will mark the first time Brooks has performed in Charlotte in more than 20 years.
All tickets for the May 2 show will be honored.

"Like so many people right now, I just want to get back to what I do. Knowing these shows are eventually going to happen makes me happy,” Brooks said in the Twitter announcement.
