While making the health and safety of his clients his highest priority, Spicuzza is still performing home inspections to ensure the home-buying and selling process moves forward to help clients turn a dream into a home. Taking the necessary steps to follow all the rules established by state and local governments, Spicuzza recently completed a home inspection safely and thoroughly. “The inspection went well, nothing unusual,” he said. “I practiced social distancing and used the proper PPE (personal protective equipment) to protect the buyer, agent, homeowner and myself. After the inspection, we all went outside and discussed my findings while seated at quite a distance. The inspection took about three hours and adhering to the state’s safety protocols really didn’t add much time to the inspection.”

While he might be a new franchise owner, Spicuzza has a wealth of experience in the home industry, both on his own and with Pillar To Post Home Inspectors. Spicuzza spent more than 20 years as a general contractor, and in 2016 he became an inspector with a Pillar To Post Home Inspectors office in St. Louis.
