South Charlotte House Fire Displaces Family Of 4
More than two dozen firefighters responded to the scene and had the fire under control in about 40 minutes, Charlotte Fire said.
CHARLOTTE, NC β A investigation into a house fire displacing two adults and two children is underway in south Charlotte, Charlotte Fire officials said Wednesday.
Charlotte Fire reported the incident in the 8500 block of Sharonbrook Drive around 4 p.m. on Wednesday, saying, "single story house with heavy fire showing."
No one was in the home at the time of the incident, fire officials said.

The American Red Cross Greater Carolinas Region is assisting the family, Charlotte Fire said.
