8 Arrests, 4 Reports Of Vehicle Break-Ins: Cornelius Police

Police received a dozen crime reports this week for incidents that included fraud and a residential break-in.

CORNELIUS, NC — Officers made eight arrests this week in Cornelius for charges that included carrying a concealed gun, drug possession, and possessing a stolen vehicle, according to the police blotter.

Police also received a dozen crime incidents this week for incidents that included several vehicle break-ins, a home burglary and fraud.

Arrests made by Cornelius Police Department between Dec. 16 - Dec. 22, 2020:

  • Robin Wayne Estep, 37, was arrested Dec. 17 on Torrence Chapel Road, charged with probation violation out of county
  • David William Levine, 32, was arrested Dec. 17 on Heritage Green Drive, charged with hit and run leaving the scene causing property damage
  • Jacob Edward Hahn, 20, was arrested Dec. 17 on Interstate 77 near mile marker 28, charged with carrying a concealed fun and possession of marijuana paraphernalia
  • Thomas Brandon Jordan, 32, was arrested Dec. 18 on West Catawba Ave., charged with marring a concealed gun, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana up to ½ oz.
  • Kenneth Bernard Berry, 55, was arrested Dec. 19 on Burton Lane, charged with injury to personal property and possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Christopher Charles Hallman, 20, was arrested Dec. 19 on Catawba Ave., charged with driving while impaired and possession of a Schedule I controlled substance
  • Eleanor Michele Acheson, 25, was arrested Dec. 20 on Feriba Place, charged with hit/run leaving the scene with property damage and no liability insurance
  • Gerald Tyreeke Bennett, 32, was arrested Dec. 20 on Interstate 77 near mile marker 28, charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle, and resisting a public officer
