ATTENTION Bailey Middle School Parents!

If you plan on picking up your child from school this afternoon, please read this message from the Cornelius Police Department

In order to ease some of the congestion on Bailey Road and Hwy 115 (Old Statesville Road), the Cornelius Police Department will be directing the parent pick-up cars into Bailey Road Park. They will use the park to stage as many cars as possible for pick-up.

If you are planning to pick up your child from school today, please let us know by turning on your four-way flashers (hazard lights). Make sure you are paying attention to the police officers that will be out on Bailey Road, in Bailey Road Park, and at Bailey Middle School.

If your child is a bus rider, we ask that you utilize that service so that it can help with traffic flow by minimizing the number of vehicles in the area.

Please be patient with officers, school staff, and other drivers on the road. We hope to keep traffic flowing for all the best we can!
