Cornelius Town Board To Meet Tonight: How To Watch
Town of Cornelius board members will hold public hearings on an expansion of a dealership, as well as a proposed boat storage facility.
CORNELIUS, NC —The Town of Cornelius' Town Board will meet Monday evening, and is set to discuss numerous items, including public hearings on a 30-acre expansion plan for Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, as well as a proposed development of a 10,000-square-foot facility for boat sales and storage on a parcel located in a rural preservation zone.
The meeting, which will be live-streamed, is scheduled for Monday, April 5 at 5 p.m.
"To help keep you safe, we will broadcast Town Board meetings live via the Town's Facebook page and website," the town said.

According to the April 5 meeting agenda, the board will consider items including:
- Rezoning, Bailey's Glen Boon property
- Rezoning, The Forest at Bailey's Glen Phase IV
- Consideration of modifying the definition of Car Wash
- Land Use Plan update — Town center/ Arts District
- Land Use Plan update — rural
