Cornelius Town Board Meeting Set For Monday: How To Watch
Town of Cornelius board members will hold public hearings on rezoning two land parcels, as well as stormwater utility rates.
CORNELIUS, NC —The Town of Cornelius' Town Board will meet Monday evening, and is set to discuss numerous items, including public hearings on rezoning two land parcels, as well as stormwater utility rates.
The meeting, which will be live-streamed, is scheduled for Monday, March 15 at 5 p.m.
"To help keep you safe, we will broadcast Town Board meetings live via the Town's Facebook page and website," the town said.

According to the March 15 meeting agenda, the board will consider items including:
- Public hearing on rezoning of more than 8 acres on Mayes Road for single-family detached homes.
- Public hearing on rezoning of nearly 6 acres as part of the Forest at Bailey's Glen development.
- Public hearing on a text amendment to amend the definition of car wash to include vehicle detailing.
- Public hearing on rate adjustment to pay for the town's stormwater utility.
