Cornelius’ Town Board Set 2019 Budget Meeting
The Cornelius Town Board of Commissioners and Mayor Woody Washam will convene June 4 to discuss the town's fiscal 2019 budget.
CORNELIUS, NC — Cornelius’ Town Board of Commissioners and Mayor Woody Washam will meet Monday, June 4 to discuss the town’s upcoming fiscal 2019 budget, the town announced. The meeting will also serve as a “changing of the guard” for town managers.
Commissioners and Washam will welcome Andrew Grant, who is Cornelius’ new town manager. The gathering will also recognize former Town Manager Anthony Roberts, who served the town for 17 years, the town said.
The meeting will start at 8:30 a.m. at Harvey’s Cornelius, located at 19906 North Cove Road. Coffee will be provided and breakfast may be purchased.
