CSD Grad Earns Colgate University's Dean's Award

CORNELIUS, NC — Nicholas Piselli of Cornelius earned the fall 2018 Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence, Colgate University announced Thursday.

Piselli is a graduate of the Community School of Davidson.

Piselli’s current major at the Hamilton, New York-based university is environmental economics. The school has about 3,000 undergraduate students and offers 56 majors.

According to the university, students who receive a term grade point average of 3.3 or higher while completing at least three courses earn the award.
