Fresh Market, Walgreens Report Larcenies In Cornelius: Police
Cornelius police made two arrests this past week, according to the police blotter. Here's a run down of crime reported around town.
CORNELIUS, NC — Officers of Cornelius Police Department issued more than 60 tickets this past week, of which 30 citations were for speeding, according to the most recent police blotter.
Police made two arrests last week and also received reports of larceny at Walgreens and Fresh Market, and a report of fraud at Home Depot.

- Jose Luis Garcia-Mendoze, 23, arrested on Old Statesville Road, charged with driving while impaired, no operators license, open container after consuming alcohol and speeding.
- David Todd Martin, 49, was arrested on West Catawba Avenue, charged with domestic violence protective order violation
