Symphony In The Park 2021: Live Music, Fireworks In Cornelius
The Charlotte Symphony Orchestra headlines the "Celebrate America" performance at Bailey Road Park that will also feature fireworks.
CORNELIUS, NC — The Charlotte Symphony Orchestra will soon play under the stars in Cornelius. The town's annual "Celebrate America" concert will be held in the band shell in Bailey Road Park on Saturday, June 19.
Following the concert, there will be a fireworks display, say organizers.

- 6:00 p.m. - Gates will open
- 6:45 p.m. - Prelude performance by Rockie Lynne
- 8:30 p.m. - The Charlotte Symphony will perform Spirit of America!
- A fireworks show will immediately follow the Symphony's performance
Concessions will be available for purchase, with proceeds from wine and craft beer sales benefiting the Lake Norman Wildlife Conservationists, according to the Town of Cornelius' Department of Parks, Arts and Recreation
Coolers and picnic baskets are welcome, however no pets, glass bottles or containers, tobacco products, smoke, e-cigarettes, tents or open flames are allowed at the event.

Parking is available at Bailey Road Park, Bailey Middle School, and the lower lot of Hough High School. According to organizers, shuttle buses will be available.
