Thefts Reported At 4 Cornelius Businesses This Week: Blotter

CORNELIUS, NC — Five Cornelius businesses — including a bank — reported crimes to police this week, according to Cornelius Police Department.

CPD also issued nearly two dozen citations, many of which were for charges including speeding, driving with a revoked license and failure to yield, according to the police blotter.

Cornelius police made one arrest last week. Woody James Allison, 40, was arrested April 21 on Old Statesville Road, charged with misdemeanor second degree trespass.

• April 21 — Larceny, Comic and Games, Catawba Avenue
• April 22 — Larceny, West Marine, West Catawba Avenue
• April 25 — Breaking and entering vehicle, Caleb Jordan Drive
• April 25 — Larceny, Amberside Road West
• April 25 — Larceny, Old Statesville Road
• April 25 — Larceny, Home Depot, Statesville Road
• April 26 — Fraud, State Employee's Credit Union, Catawba Avenue
• April 27 — Larceny, Southside Contractors, Bailey Road
