Vehicle Break-Ins, Thefts This Week In Cornelius: CPD Blotter
Two vehicles were stolen and two were broken into this week in Cornelius. Here's a rundown of crime reported around town.
CORNELIUS, NC — Cornelius police officers made nine arrests this past week, including a 50-year-old man who faces charges of driving while impaired and fleeing arrest in a vehicle, according to the police blotter.
Two vehicles were stolen this week, Cornelius Police Department said.

- Timothy John Divelbiss, 47, was arrested June 4 on Robbins Crescent at Robbins Ridge, charged with Driving while impaired.
- Nicky Ra-Shawn Harris, 50, was arrested June 4 at Magnolia Estates Drive, charged with driving while impaired; failure to stop at stop sign/flashing red light; fail to heed light or siren; felony flee/elude arrest with motor vehicle; misdemeanor larceny; reckless driving to endanger; resisting public officer; speeding.
- Ricky Dale Sundgren, 50, was arrested June 4 on South Ferry Street, charged with misdemeanor criminal trespass; misdemeanor domestic violence protective order violation; and misdemeanor resisting a public officer.
- Janessa Katherine Michelson, 33, was arrested June 4 on West Catawba Avenue, charged with DWLR not impaired revoked.
- Darrell Ray Love, 62, was arrested June 6 on West Catawba Avenue at Edinburgh Square, charged with driving while impaired.
- Michael T. Berkhout, 40, was arrested June 6 on One Norman Circle, misdemeanor simple assault.
- Brandon Burris, 30, was arrested June 6 on Serenity Point Lane and Nantz Road, DWLR after impaired revoked notice.
- Brittany Donnell Sherrill, 33, was arrested June 6 on Zion Avenue, charged with misdemeanor second degree trespass.
- Billy Bradley Wise, 57, was arrested June 8 on West Catawba Avenue, charged with driving while impaired.
