Tabari Hashim Charged With First-Degree Murder
Warrant issued for shooting death connected to Westover High School's Ashton Foxx.
Fayetteville Detectives have obtained a First Degree Murder Warrant for the arrest of Tabari Ali Hashim, 23, in connection with the shooting death of Ashton Foxx on July 18, 2013 and took him into custody at his Greenrock Ave. address.
According to the Fayetteville Police Department the shooting took place during the early morning hours of July 18, 2013 and the victim identified as Ashton Foxx, 16, of 5217 Foxfire Road has died as a result of the injuries he sustained.
No bail amount has been given as of Friday morning.
