Cape Fear High Student Believed to Have Drowned in Cape Fear River
Dive teams resume search efforts this morning for the 18-year old male.

Cumberland County Sheriff's Deputies have suspended their search efforts late Tuesday night for a local teen, who is believed to have drowned in the Cape Fear River while swimming with friends this afternoon.
Rescue teams were called to the 4100 Block of Old Bluff Road in Godwin on Tuesday, June 4, 2013. Witnesses say Dustin Turner, 18, was swimming with friends when he went under the water and did not resurface. Turner is a Cape Fear High School student
Divers will return to the scene Wednesday morning and will resume their search for Turner.
