The Hispanic Heritage Month Observance is Oct. 1, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Fort Bragg Club. Lt. Robert Ramirez from the Fayetteville Police Department will be the guest speaker. The program will also include a traditional dance, a Mexican folklore group and displays.
