Minimum qualifications: Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:
Experience: One year experience in recreation programs, social work or a related field.
 
Training: Equivalent to a Associates degree from an accredited college or university with major work in recreation or public administration, physical education or a related field.

Licensing & Certifications Possession of, or ability to obtain, an appropriate, valid driver's license.
 
Certain positions may require a standard first aid certificate.Must be able to obtain CPR certification to include AED training within the first 90 days of employment.
