Crime Update: Woman Arrested in Truck Driver Beating

Lutina Oxendine has been arrested  and charged with conspiracy to robbery with an armed weapon, robbery with a dangerous weapon and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to inflect serious injury.

Wael Wael (correct spelling), 46, of Jacksonville, Florida was found lying on the median on Goldsboro Road and exit 58 in northern Cumberland County on May 1, 2013.

Bond for Oxendine has been set at $100,000, secured.  She will make a first court appearance Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at 2:30 p.m. in the Detention Center Courtroom.
