Do You Recognize this Thief from a Hotel Robbery?
Detectives seeking public's assistance in identifying suspect from robbery of Fayetteville Inn & Suites on August 13.
On Sunday, August 18, 2013 at approximately 10:04 pm, officers with the Fayetteville Police Department responded to Fayetteville Inn & Suites located at 3136 Bordeaux Park Drive in reference to a report of a robbery.
The investigation revealed that an unknown black male subject entered the business and approached the counter, as if he was a customer. Once the clerk stood up, the suspect jumped over the counter and immediately began demanding that she relinquish money from the business. The suspect would proceed to physically assault the clerk and continued with the demands for money. The suspect was eventually able to obtain money from a register and then fled from the business on foot. The suspect has been described as a:
• Black Male
• 5’08 to 5’10 in height
• 180 to 200 pounds
