Environmental Pest Service continues impressive growth with expansion into North Carolina
Pest control company merges with State Pest Control

Environmental Pest Service, one of the fastest-growing pest control companies in the country, has established a strategic partnership with State Pest Control, establishing its first branch locations in North Carolina.
Environmental Pest Service, which already offers services to customers in Florida and Georgia, closed the deal on February 1, which will add approximately $3.2 million in annual revenues. State Pest Control will keep its name in the market, while pursuing a growth strategy that leverages the strength of the State Pest Control brand.
Wes Wooten, owner of State Pest Control, will join the Environmental Pest Service team as Vice President of Operations for North Carolina, along with 45 State Pest Control employees based at branches in the central North Carolina cities of Clinton, Fayetteville, Sanford, Wendell and Dunn.
