Cumberland County Sheriff’s Detectives have charged a Fayetteville man with sex crimes involving a minor.
Dustin Allen Spann, 23, of 2110 Dillion Drive was taken into custody this afternoon.
Spann’s victim says she was forced to participate in a sexual act.
Spann is charged with first degree forcible sexual offense. He has been placed in the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $100,000 secured bond.
He is expected to make a first appearance on Monday, October 7, 2013.
