Fayetteville Transit Conducting Customer Feedback Survey
The Fayetteville Area System of Transit (FAST) is beginning a customer feedback survey.
From the City of Fayetteville: The Fayetteville Area System of Transit (FAST) is beginning a customer feedback survey that will allow citizens to tell staff where they would like to go (desired destinations).
The direct link to the survey can be accessed easily at www.ridefast.net and is also located on the FAST Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/ComeRidewithFAST/ or by searching Facebook for the Fayetteville Area System of Transit.
Bus riders and non-riders can take the survey. FAST staff and interns will also survey riders and non-riders at several locations around Fayetteville and on buses.
