Female Robber on Moped Arrested and Charged

Fayetteville police have arrested and charged the female they believe to be connected to the four armed robberies over the past week.
Police have arrested Jill Rhae Smith, 45, of Biscoe, North Carolina and charged her with three counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon and one count of attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon and one count of obtaining property by a false pretense.
The last incident occurred on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at approximately 9:21 pm, at the Family Dollar located on 4112 Raeford Road. The suspect was armed with a crowbar and demanded that the clerk at the business relinquish money from the cash register.
