UPDATE: Four Jurors Selected for Brig. Gen. Jeffrey Sinclair's Court-Martial
The jury panel must consist of at least five jurors, and up to 12 military officers.

Thursday morning, at Fort Bragg's courthouse, eight more potential jurors will be questioned to determine if they are eligible to be seated on the jury in Brig. Gen. Jeffrey Sinclair's court-martial trial on Sept. 30.
According to a Fayetteville Observer report the four seated jurors are: the jurors are: Maj. Gen. M. Ted Wong, commanding general of the Northern Regional Medical Command; Maj. Gen. Dean G. Sienko, the commanding general of Army Public Health Command; Maj. Gen. Paul E. Crandall, a deputy chief of staff for United States Forces Korea; and Maj. Gen. John Wharton, commanding general of the U.S. Army Sustainment Command in Rock Island, Ill.

As of Wednesday morning, Aug. 7, five potential jurors remain in Fort Bragg's sexual assault court-martial for Brig. Gen. Jeffrey Sinclair for the Sept. 30 trial.
The three-star Army officers still in consideration are Maj. Gen. Dean G. Sienko, the commanding general of Army Public Health Command; Maj. Gen. Kendall Penn of First Army; Maj. Gen. M. Ted Wong, commanding general of the Northern Regional Medical Command; Maj. Gen. Peter D. Utley, commander of the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command; and Maj. Gen. Paul E. Crandall, who a deputy chief of staff for United States Forces Korea.
