A SILVER ALERT has been cancelled for a Cumberland County man who has been missing since Monday, August 19, 2013. The male was taken to seek medical evaluation by local authorities.
William Crawford Phillips, II , age 34, of 5740 Longview Drive has last been seen in downtown Fayetteville earlier this week.
He is described as black male, short cropped hair, brown eyes, five feet ten inches tall and weighs approximately 135 pounds. Phillips has a medical condition requiring daily medications, which he has not had in at least four days.
He was wearing blue jeans, a blue hoodie and blue and white running shoes. It appears he has no money or cell phone to make contact with family members.
