Cape Fear Studios, 148 Maxwell St.: See the opening of Solo Artist Group Exhibit, and meet the artists from 6 to 9 p.m. This 2D exhibit about the beauty and memory of "home" features artwork by Cape Fear Studios artists Sandie McFarlane & Annette Szczekutek.
Cumberland County Headquarters Library, 300 Maiden Lane: Teens are invited to show off their skills in a Teen Open Mic Night from 7 to 9 p.m. Any teen singers, dancers, musicians, stand-up comics, poets, rappers, or any other artistic talent are encouraged to attend.
Fascinate-U Children’s Museum, 116 Green St.: Come celebrate Christmas in July! Kids create a beautiful candle ornament using felt, popsicle sticks, and glue from 7 to 9 p.m. Admission is free.
Fayetteville Area Transportation & Local History Museum, 325 Franklin St.: See artifact-filled exhibits, including the Terry Sanford High School Centennial Exhibit, that tell the story of local history and transportation from pre-history through the early 20th century.
